My husband and I found Beverly via Zillow during our initial stage of real estate investment journey and we are so very grateful to have found her. She has mentored and educated us since day one. She has immense knowledge about the Memphis area. She makes sure to investigate properties herself and provides honest opinions. Mrs. Hyter is an Excellent agent. She will not sell you anything. She will thoroughly investigate a property before you buy it and assure you are getting a good deal. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Hyter during the purchase of my home. She was very knowledgeable of what the current real estate market trends were in Memphis and the surrounding areas. She provided me with insight on how to navigate a seller's market as the buyer. She used her professionalism and negotiation skills to get me more than what I asked for. It was refreshing to meet a real estate agent that had both patience and honesty. Working with Ms. Beverly on selling our home and buying our home was so amazing, she's so awesome to work with. She was very supportive, she answered any questions we might of had regarding searching for a home. I was blessed to have Beverly Hyter as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, patience and character was on full display during the entire process. Her work ethic was undeniable and she shared knowledge that was valuable to my future in real estate investments. I was able to close on two houses on the same day. Ms. Beverly found me and my fiancee the perfect house in no time. She had a great house to show us almost everyday, and she made sure we found something in our price range. Most importantly, she listened to our needs and made sure we were able to get everything we were looking for. Can't wait to work with her again once we need to go up in size.
